CRF is looking for a Community Development Navigator to join our team for 30 hours per week, working with more than 18 refugee background communities in the Wellington region.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in social work or a similar filed, along with experience working in that field and preferably prior success working in the refugee settlement sector. You will need to enjoy and be proactive in developing and maintaining strong relationships across all range of communities we walk alongside, as well as others working in the refugee settlement space. Having the ability to jump in and work with our communities to get projects of the ground that meet their aspirations is essential.
